Am I able to self-service my BLUE Lite device and change out the battery myself?
There are two options when it comes to changing out the Lithium-Ion battery should need to be done.
Option 1
Send the BLUE Lite device into OPI for the battery to be changes out if required.
Option 2
Customer orders a battery and self-services the BLUE Lite device themselves by changing the battery out.
