# Does my OPI Blue Installation Certification apply to everyone at my company or organization?

The short answer is no. Your Installation Certification that you earn by taking the course and passing the test applies only to you the technician. An installation will only be certified if the install was completed by a certified technician, not by a colleague of the certified technician working at the same organization.
