GW Firmware 5.8.14 Release Notes
Features, Improvements and Bug fixes
Improved Fan Control Behavior and User Experience
- Improved Fan Control Automation behavior to respect fan warming override after equalization.
- Fan Control Automation will no longer “de-sync” between the Gateway Node settings and the Cloud settings which required the user to “refresh” fan control settings.
- Improved Aeration Mode fan control decision making and user defined temperature operating window behavior.
- Fan warming override will no longer be used unless selected for automation.
- Improved Gateway Node reliability when NAD and NADH EMC values were not the same.
- Disabled idle plenum pressure alerts unless a bin structure has “Load Control” enabled.
- Improved fan control mode behavior where the algorithm would consider minimum ambient air allowed but not consider fan warming to make fan control decisions.
Improved Data Reliability Between the GW and OPI Blue
- Corrected Plenum pressure values displaying in fan control history messages.
- Corrected plenum pressure values sent to cloud under certain conditions.
Improved Cable Node Behavior
- Cable detection and reading reliability on CN08s has been significantly improved.
- Improvements to cable node mapping user experience.
- Deployed a fix to remove “phantom” cables available to be assigned to a bin structure after cable hardware was changed. The system will now forget the old cable existed if it is not detected anymore.
