Bug Fix

  • A critical issue with local network settings on the Gateway Node causing the node to go offline was resolved.

NOTE: When a Gateway Node is offline due to the issue it requires in person troubleshooting to resolve. An end user can facilitate the fix with Customer Success through an internet connected laptop equipped with TeamViewer and Putty, and a Micro-USB cable connected to the Gateway Node.
