How can I get a copy of an invoice or a receipt?

We often get requests for copies of invoices or receipts. Below are instructions to request this information

In order to find the invoice or receipt  you need, please help us by providing some additional information.

1. When was this payment made?
2. What is the name of the site that the payment was made for?
3. Could the payment be made under a different email/name?
4. How much was the payment for?
5. Was this payment made through Stripe to OPI?
