How can multiple people view Blue Lite data?

Adding members to your organization so that multiple users can view the data from your Blue Lite device.

The system is set up  to use multiple Blue Lite devices, not accounts. Multiple user logins cannot be used, but multiple apps can be used with a single login. Using multiple logins (ex: creating more than one account for the same site) creates conflict with the cables. The same cable cannot be located across 2 different accounts as each cable has their own unique ROM Id. Each user can use their own app, however they need to make sure they are added as a member to the organization they are trying to read the cables on, and be certain they have selected the correct organization, site, and bin, before attempting to gather a reading from the cables.

Under the Menu in the Blue Lite App, you will select the organization you want to add a new member to, and then click Organizations Member, followed by +Add Member in the top right corner of the next screen. 

They will receive and email notification stating they've received an invite to join the account you added them to. They will then receive another email to verify their email address.

Next, they will download the Blue Lite App to their mobile device, log in and click 'accept.' They can then go back to the menu and click Organizations, where the sites of that organization should appear. 

In the event they do not show up, you may have to close out of the app and re-open it, or log out and log back in.
