How should you wire multiple fans for one bin

Wire multiple fans in series if you have more than one fan on a bin.

If you have a bin that has more than one fan you want wired to run in automation mode for fan control, you should wire them in series. It doesn't matter if you have an Integris based system or our OPI Blue System, you should wire the first fan to turn on from the fan output. The second fan should be wired to the first with a 30 second time delay relay so as not to create a power surge when the fans start. Each additional fan should be added on with an additional time delay relay. The exception to this is if you have vent fans on an OPI Blue System. These should be wired with the main fan because the system doesn't have a separate output so those fans should start at the same time on the same output.
