How do I add/change my email/text address to receive alarms?

In order to change or add an email or text address to which you wish to receive alerts, you need to log into your main admin account (log in as the owner), you can not perform this action if you are accessing the account through a member account.

Once logged into the main account, navigate to the "Preferences" tab
Under "Units & Alerts" you will see an option to add an email address as well as the an SMS address. Once you have typed it in, click "add". You can add up to 5 email and text address. Once you are done making the changed click on "Save"
