How do I add/change my email/text address to receive alarms?

In order to change or add an email or text address to which you wish to receive alerts, you need to log into your main admin account (log in as the owner), you can not perform this action if you are accessing the account through a member account.

Once logged into the main account, navigate to the "Preferences" tab
Under User Preferences, select Alerts. Here you will see the option to add an email address as well as the phone numbers for alerts. You can add these and set them up as desired, then exit the page.
