How do I reset my cell modem to factory default?

1. While cell modem is powered on, with a pointed object (narrow pointed object) insert it into the “CFG” hole located beside the SIM Card slot (see attached image) and depress and hold it for 9 seconds. Release it and verify that all cell modem lights start flashing (indicating that the factory default procedure has just started)
   
2. Wait until the RSSI lights (the green lights, at least one solid green light) are solid, then
3. Cycle the power on the gateway system: turn off both switches “AC” and “DC” for about 20 seconds, then turn them on and verify that the blue lights, one above each one of the switches are solid. Then
4. Wait again until the RSSI lights (the green lights, at least one solid green light) are solid.
5. Wait at least between 10 and 20 minutes for the gateway to come back online.
