The paid version of Integris Advance unlocks powerful features that the free version is not capable of using with the StorMax Monitor.
Integris Advance (IA) has two versions available for use for StorMax customers: a paid version and a free version. The free version of IA allows you to do the following:
- Backup and restore the configuration of your StorMax Monitor onto your computer. If your StorMax Monitor ever loses the configuration of your bin yard you can restore it from the computer that configuration is saved on.
- Update the firmware version of the StorMax Monitor. You can update to the latest firmware version. This can be useful if you have an older hardware version of the StorMax Monitor and you want to be bale to read moisture cables, or if you purchase a new V1B moisture cable from OPIsystems Inc. and need to update your monitor for these cables.
- Update the grain curves on your StorMax monitor. This feature allows you to get the most accurate moisture content readings of the grain mass in your bin by matching the grain curve to the exact type of grain you have in your bin. For example, instead of the default "Wheat" grain curve, you may want to choose something like "Hard Red Spring" for the type of wheat. Additionally, there are multiple types of grain curves that use different mathematical models, called "Meter Standards". You can update the grain curves on your monitor to match the meter standard that your local grain elevator is using as a best practice.
The paid license of IA allows you to do everything listed above, as well as the following:
- You can store your bin data on the computer for future analysis. The StorMax Monitor does store this data on the monitor, however if you ever lose the configuration on the monitor you will lose the data as well. With the free version of IA you can get the configuration back but not the old data.
- You can export your data to a CSV document for further analysis.
