What PIN is used if the Fan Node Radio ( FNR) only has a 3 digit PIN

Add a Zero - 0___ - to the FNR PIN to create a 4 Digit PIN

IF the PIN on the FRN (Fan Node Radio) only has 3 digits add a Zero "0" to the front of the PIN number to Create a 4 Digit PIN to register the Fan Node Radio
