What to do when your monitor freezes and you can't even turn it off.
When your monitor freezes and you are unable to click any buttons or even switch it off, the only way to resolve the issue temporarily is to disconnect the battery for a few seconds and putting the batteries back on. To take out the battery you will need to remove the transparent adapter and unscrew the battery section using a Phillips screwdriver.
If this happens again (in most cases it does) you will need to send the monitor in for repairs. To do that you will need to fill out a support form with the monitor details as well as a brief summary of the problem and that you would like to send the monitor in for repairs. Once we receive this we will send you out shipping instructions and notify you once we receive the monitor.
