How do I create a new HubSpot User?

Follow the instructions outlined here to learn how to create a new HubSpot User.

Generally speaking, it is best practice to create a new Standard user and tweak their permissions over time.  Employees that have sales roles should be granted access to Sales Professional.  Similarly, employees that have a technical services role should be granted access to Service Professional.  Please consult with your manager first as these two roles have additional costs associated.
