Impersonating a User on ManageGrain.com

Impersonating a user can be a powerful tool when a higher level of customer support is required for account set up. Impersonating users carries some level of liability and any changes or updates made to the user's account should be confirmed with the user of the account before proceeding.

After logging in to your managegrain.com account, you will click on View API Admin on the left hand side menu bar.

On the next page, scroll down and select Users. Type the name or email address of the user you are looking to impersonate into the search box at the top of the page. Once found, click the blue button that says Impersonate.

Next, you will open a new managegrain.com tab in your browser and will automatically be logged in as the user you are impersonating.

Go through the user's settings and information and make the necessary changes/updates. Impersonating does not grant the ability to change the user's password.

After the changes/updates have been completed, be sure to log out of the account you are impersonating.
