This article will walk you through the procedure on how to troubleshoot a non working/communicating Fan Node Radio (FNR)

Troubleshooting a FNR not communicating with gateway 

 

  • Check for power issues on the respective Fan Node Radio (FNR): 
    • Make sure there is +12 VDC ± 1 VDC between DCi+ and DCi- terminals on the Fan Node (FN) UNIT 
    • Make sure there is +12 VDC ± 1 VDC between DCo+ and DCo- terminals on the Fan Node (FN) UNIT.
