What does each LED light indicate on the BLUE Lite device?

The BLUE Lite device comes equipped with two LED lights as shown below.

LED1	Solid Red	(Not implemented) Error
LED1	Flashing Green	Device is being Charged
LED1	Solid Green	Charger Connected & Fully Charged
