      Allow Remote Connection via TeamViewer ID and password

      Connect via TeamViewer

      To allow remote control with TeamViewer, you must install TeamViewer on both sides of the connection.

      To allow a remote connection via TeamViewer ID and password, please follow the instructions below: 

      1. Open TeamViewer (Classic).
      2. Go to the Remote Control tab.
      3. Copy your Teamviewer ID and password under the Allow Remote Control box or take a picture or screenshot of these credentials.
      4. Provide the ID and password to your OPI support personnel to enable them connect to your PC.
      5. Once they are able to log in using your credentials, they may now be able to provide remote support on your PC.
      6. Done!
